A WELSH holiday park is expected to set a record for the most expensive holiday lodge sold in the country.
Plas Coch near Brynsiencyn on Anglesey is selling a luxury holiday lodge for £625,000. The staggering price further outlines the strength of demand for holiday homes and staycations in the UK at present.
Ian Wyn-Jones, from Ian Wyn-Jones Real Estate told North Wales Live: “We have sold many lodges for the park over recent months since we launched in January, demand is vast and I’ve never seen this.
“Plas Coch is a five-star complex and in the past the park has had various lodges around the £500,000 but now we are looking to break records by placing this lodge on the open market.”
Mr Wyn-Jones said he feels the lodge’s high spec and size will make it a record-breaker.
“Not only is this a home from home, it has all the hi-tech equipment that all modern homes have and the quality is five star from the flooring to the kitchen finishes; to the integrated appliances to the bathroom suites,” he added.
The lodge also boasts a Bluetooth-linked heating system that you can control from your phone and a vast private decking area with a spa pool as well as stunning views of the Welsh mountains.
